What are the areas to focus on in your life to get to a healthy version of you?

Well, I don’t REALLY know, BUT I have some ideas. Here are the main pillars I live by that also inform my coaching philosophy and approach.

Of course the Enneagram is a piece, but as with all things, tools used on the right foundation work better. This is the foundation.
