In this episode I revisit what the fixation of six is and why I think we can get so much movement directly addressing and learning to work with our thinking.
As sixes we have thinking run amok! So much of our thinking is disembodied and contributing to our suffering.
Learning skills to work directly with our thinking, to defuse from our automatic thinking, and access embodied thoughts is crucial work for sixes on their growth path.
