Episode #27 - The Fixation of Type 6, How We Scare Ourselves
In this episode we look at the enneagram of fixations, specifically, of course, the type fixation of cowardice. I take the lens of what does the fixation DO? When we can orient to a process, we have more ability and capacity to interrupt the process and do something different.
Patterns repeated subconsciously automatically over time, are just that…patterns and processes repeated over time. Removing the judgment of the pattern can be it’s own intervention. I also explore ways to directly interrupt the pattern, break up the trance, so that our system can do something new and different.
